My work involves controlling chaos. In life, chaos often feels relentless. In order to have a sense of control, I create chaos, on either canvas or cradled panel, and attempt to control it. I love seeking those areas, within the chaos, to favor, to highlight. I then form a harmonious framework around them. This allows the chaos to exist but surrounded by light and play.
