Victoria Accardi is a professional artist from New York City and alumni of College of The Atlantic. She was raised in Manhattan and grew up surrounded by hundreds of new and diverse faces everyday. Accardi believes this is what started her fascination with portraiture and the human form. Accardi's focus is mainly of classical portraiture and figure painting in oil on canvas, while also exploring drawing, sculpture and collage.
Her work has been featured in 2 group shows at Cooper Union, from 2008-2009. In 2014 a solo show of her senior thesis at the Blum Gallery at College of the Atlantic, consisting of 7 large scale figure paintings with a consistent narrative, that included elements of still life food subjects.
